Ethnic Churches = Mobilizing, Equipping, Empowering = Great Commission
1.5 Generation
1.5 generation individuals with a third culture possess unique skills such as cultural adaptability, language proficiency, cross-cultural awareness, and a global perspective. These qualities make them ideally suited for cross-cultural ministry. By intentionally disciplining and mobilizing 1.5 generations, the Church can leverage their gifts and talents to effectively fulfill the Great Commission, sending them out as capable ambassadors of the Gospel in both local and global contexts.
