About 360 Ministries
360 Ministries exists to equip churches and develop leaders to engage refugee communities as part of God’s global mission.
What began as direct ministry among displaced communities revealed a deeper reality:
Refugees are not only a mission field—they are a mission force.
Through years of experience in outreach, discipleship, and leadership development, we saw the potential of the 1.5 generation—those who live between cultures—to become key leaders in reaching the nations.
This led to a clear framework:
Reach. Raise. Release.
We now focus on helping churches move beyond outreach into multiplication—raising leaders from within refugee communities and releasing them into global mission.
Our vision is simple:
To see refugee communities transformed into sending communities.
Mission Statement
360 Ministries is committed to empowering and mobilizing former refugees to take on leadership roles within the refugee ministry. We provide support, guidance, and advocacy while creating opportunities for former refugees to lead local ministries in Clarkston and their countries of origin.
As 360 Ministries, we work to mobilize former refugees through ethnic churches that come from refugee backgrounds. Our focus is specifically on the 1.5 generation youth, who are often referred to as the “third culture” kids. The 1.5 generation includes individuals who are not first-generation immigrants nor second-generation natives; they are typically born in one country and then move to a host country, developing a unique cultural identity.

Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about 360 Ministries and the vision God has placed on my heart.
In 2009, I arrived in the United States as a refugee with hopes, dreams, and many uncertainties about the future. Like many refugee families, I experienced the obstacles of adapting to a new culture, learning a new system, and finding my place in a new country. Yet, through God’s faithfulness, those challenges became opportunities for development, leadership, and ministry.
As a former refugee, I have had the privilege of experiencing both the blessing of receiving ministry and the calling of providing it. Having personally navigated the challenges and opportunities of resettlement, I am passionate about serving refugee communities and helping churches understand, engage, and minister effectively among the nations God has brought to their neighborhoods. Drawing from both lived experience and ministry leadership, I work alongside pastors, church leaders, mission organizations, and refugee families to build meaningful bridges between local churches and refugee communities, fostering relationships that lead to belonging, discipleship, and gospel transformation.
God also opened doors for education, ministry, and leadership development. I had the privilege of earning a Doctor of Education in Ministry (D.Ed. Min) while continuing to serve, mentor 1.5 generations leaders, and advocate for greater church engagement among refugee and immigrant populations.
As a result of these experiences, God has given me a deep conviction: refugee communities are not simply a mission field—they are a mission force. I was in Louisville when everything started, where God gave me a calling, and in Clarkston, God gave me conviction.
Today, millions of people from unreached and underreached nations live within reach of local churches across North America. At the same time, diaspora communities maintain deep relationships, cultural connections, and influence that extend far beyond their new homes.
I believe God is uniquely positioning diaspora communities to reach other diaspora communities and ultimately help fulfill the Great Commission.
My vision is to see former refugees become equipped leaders, church planters, missionaries, and disciple-makers who carry the gospel across cultures, communities, and nations. I want to see the diaspora reaching the diaspora—mobilized by local churches and empowered by the Holy Spirit—to bring the hope of Christ to the world.
This vision is why I founded 360 Ministries.
Through our Reach. Raise. Release. (R3) framework, 360 Ministries equips churches, develops 1.5 generation leaders, and mobilizes refugee communities for God’s global mission. We are building a movement that helps churches move beyond compassion alone and into leadership development, multiplication, and mission mobilization.
The opportunity before us is extraordinary. God is bringing the nations to our neighborhoods. Together, we can raise leaders who understand multiple cultures, navigate multiple worlds, and are uniquely positioned to share the gospel across borders and generations.
My prayer is that we will see churches and diaspora communities working together to fulfill Christ’s command to make disciples of all nations. By investing in leaders from refugee and immigrant backgrounds, we can create lasting gospel impact both here in North America and around the world.

We believe God wrote the Bible through men without error.

We believe God exists eternally in trinity; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal God-man who became a man, lived a sinless life, died on a cross, was buried, and physically rose from the grave to redeem sinful humanity.

We believe the Holy Spirit is the supernatural agent in salvation, baptizing all Christians into the universal church at conversion, indwelling and sealing them until the day of Christ’s return.

We believe all humans are sinful and in need of salvation. Salvation is the gift of God brought to humans by grace alone, and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. A true Christian will be kept by God’s power forever.

We believe God has created all humans in his image. He has created them uniquely female and male.

We believe the church is a spiritual organism made up of all believers everywhere for all time.

We believe the establishment of local churches is clearly taught and defined in the New Testament.

We believe in the autonomy of the local church and practice believer’s Baptism and the Lord’s Supper as our ordinances.
